Grimes v. State

Opinion of the Court

SAMFORD, J.

Defendant was convicted on a charge of violating the prohibition law. This case is in all things similar to the ease of Will R. Grimes v. State (4 Div. 218) ante, p. 84, 112 So. 461, and upon the authority of that case the judgment is reversed and the cause is remanded. Reversed and remanded.
