HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of December 10, 1976, 343 So.2d 522, this cause is reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
