Opinion of the Court

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 348 So.2d 257, the judgment of this court, entered November 24, 1976, 348 So.2d 252, is hereby set aside and in accordance with the directions of the Supreme Court the judgment of the trial court granting rehire credit to McEl-rath Farms, Inc. is reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
