BRADLEY, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama it is considered that this cause should be affirmed in accordance with the opinion, 363 So.2d 770, rendered by the Supreme Court of Alabama on September 8, 1978 in the above cause.

AFFIRMED.
