Opinion of the Court

HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of January 11, 1980, 380 So.2d 859, this cause is reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of DeKalb County.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
