HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court, 395 So.2d 997, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court, 395 So.2d 1000. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of January 9, 1981, this cause is now reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
