BRADLEY, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama it is considered that this cause should be affirmed in accordance with the opinion of the Supreme Court of Alabama rendered in this matter on April 2,1982,416 So.2d 410.

AFFIRMED.
