HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court has been reversed and remanded by the supreme court, 418 So.2d 118. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of July 16,1982, this cause is now reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
