EDWARD N. SCRUGGS, Retired Circuit Judge.

The prior opinion of this court, 440 So.2d 1067, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court, 440 So.2d 1069. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of September 23,1983, this cause is now affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
