AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the order of the Alabama Supreme Court in Hightower v. State, 443 So.2d 1272 (Ala. 1983), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
