AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

The judgment of the circuit court is reversed on authority of Ex parte Turner, *914455 So.2d 910 (Ala. 1984), wherein the Alabama Supreme Court held, “The great preponderance of the evidence sustained the plea of insanity and was sufficient to rebut the State’s presumption of sanity.”

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
