TAYLOR, Judge.

This court’s opinion in Watkins v. State, issued March 20,1984 is hereby withdrawn.

After remand by the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Watkins, 509 So.2d 1064 (Ala. 1984), this case is remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court in Ex parte Watkins.

OPINION OF MARCH 20, 1984, WITHDRAWN.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
