BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

The conviction of Phillip James Troha for rape in the first degree must be reversed and remanded under the direction of the *955Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Troha, 462 So.2d 953 (Ala. 1984).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
