After Remand from Alabama Supreme Court

The decision of this court in the above styled matter was reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama 469 So.2d 599, and the cause remanded to this court for further proceedings.

After further consideration, the judgment of the Circuit Court of Autauga County is reversed and the cause remanded to that court for further proceedings not inconsistent with the decision of the supreme court.

REVERSED ON REMAND.
