TAYLOR, Judge.

The judgment of the circuit court is reversed and remanded based on the decision *668of the Supreme Court in Ex parte Dison, 469 So.2d 662 (Ala. 1984), reversing 469 So.2d 661.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
