AFTER REMANDMENT
It is ordered that the Petition for Writ of Mandamus be granted. It is further ordered that the cause be remanded to Madison Circuit Court for an evidentiary hearing as directed in Ex parte Olson, 472 So.2d 437 (Ala. 1985).
