Opinion of the Court

BRADLEY, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 477 So.2d 408, and in accordance with the opinion of the supreme court rendered on August 23, 1985 in the above cause, the Circuit Court *413of Jefferson County is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
