HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court, 477 So.2d 419, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 477 So.2d 422. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of July 3, 1985, this cause is now affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

WRIGHT, P.J., and BRADLEY, J., concur.
