BRADLEY, Judge.

The decision of this court in the above styled cause was reversed by the supreme court on August 23, 1985, 480 So.2d 562, *570and, in accordance with the opinion of the supreme court, the judgment of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County is reversed and the cause remanded to that court for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
