Opinion of the Court

HOLMES, Judge.

The prior opinion of this court has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of June 27, 1986, 494 So.2d 628 (Ala. 1986), this cause is now reversed and remanded for proceedings not inconsistent with the supreme court’s opinion. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
