AFTER REMANDMENT BY SUPREME COURT

TYSON, Judge.

This cause is reversed and remanded on authority of Ex Parte James W. Stephens (Stephens v. State), 512 So.2d 786, [Alabama Supreme Court 1987], rehearing denied June 19, 1987.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
