This cause is reversed and remanded for a new trial on authority of Peagler, 516 So.2d 1369, Alabama Supreme Court, July *137331, 1987, opinion extended on rehearing on September 25, 1987, 516 So.2d 1369.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
