AFTER REMANDMENT FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

This cause is hereby reversed and remanded in accordance with the Alabama

Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Dickerson, 517 So.2d 628 (Ala. 1987).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
