ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Jones v. City of Daphne, 519 So.2d 589 (Ala. 1987), the judgment of conviction in this case is hereby reversed and rendered.
