Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The prior opinion of this court, 523 So.2d 117 (1987), has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court, 523 So.2d 119 (1988). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of March 4, 1988, this case is affirmed.

AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
