AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

The judgment of this court was reversed and annulled on March 17, 1989, by the Supreme Court of Alabama. 545 So.2d 58. The cause was remanded to this court for further proceedings.

After further consideration and in accordance with the opinion rendered by the supreme court, the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, of February 29, 1988, is affirmed.

AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
