Opinion of the Court

ROBERTSON, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, it is considered that this cause should be reversed in accordance with the opinion rendered by the supreme court on June 9, 1989. 558 So.2d 598. This cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS ON REMAND.
