AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Lewis, 556 So.2d 370 (Ala. 1989), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court of Alabama.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
