AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte State, 566 So.2d 758 (Ala. 1990), we remand this case to the circuit court to conduct a new sentencing hearing consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REMANDED AS TO SENTENCING.
