In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Bankhead, 585 So.2d 112 (Ala. 1991), this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
