AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT

RUSSELL, Judge.

The prior judgment of this court, 592 So.2d 587, has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the su*595preme court’s opinion of June 14, 1991, 592 So.2d 589, the judgment is now affirmed,
