TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Yelder, 575 So.2d 137 (Ala. 1991), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for a hearing on the Batson question.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
