AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Pettway, 594 So.2d 1196 (Ala. 1991), the trial court’s decision is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
