AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. 598 So.2d 914. On remand and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of February *91714, 1992, we now issue the writ of mandamus and direct the trial court to withdraw its order for the blood tests.

WRIT GRANTED.

THIGPEN and RUSSELL, JJ., concur.
