ON RETURN TO REMAND

TAYLOR, Judge.

We remanded this case for the Circuit Court of Mobile County to conduct a hearing on the appellant’s petition for post-conviction relief. 600 So.2d 980. Rule 32, A.R.Crim.P. The court has granted the petition, and we therefore dismiss the appeal in this matter.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
