ON REMAND

BOWEN, Judge.

This Court affirmed the appellant’s conviction for murder in Connolly v. State, 602 So.2d at 452 (Ala.Cr.App. 1991). This cause is remanded to the trial court so that the appellant may be sentenced in accordance with the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Connolly v. State, 602 So.2d 452 (Ala. 1992).

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
