AFTER REMAND

BOWEN, Judge.

The judgment of the circuit court granting the defendants’ motion to suppress is affirmed pursuant to the direction of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Gingo, 605 So.2d 1237 (Ala. 1992).

AFFIRMED.
