Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Cook, 624 So.2d 511 (Ala. 1993), the judgment of the trial court is due to be, and it is hereby, reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
