Opinion of the Court

TAYLOR, Judge.

The appellant, Edward Louis “Buddy” Robinson, appeals a conviction and sentence that were set aside because the trial court *5did not have jurisdiction to conduct proceedings in the case while it was pending on appeal. Robinson v. State, 629 So.2d 3 (Ala. Cr.App. 1993). Because the conviction and sentence were set aside, this appeal is moot, and it is hereby dismissed.
