AFTER REMAND

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

Based on the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Cox v. State, 629 So.2d 670 (Ala. 1993), regarding the Batson issue, and on Part II of this Court’s opinion in Cox v. State, 629 So.2d 664 (Ala.Cr.App. 1992), holding that the evidence was sufficient to sup*673port Cox’s conviction, the judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
