McMILLAN, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Williams, 642 So.2d 391 (Ala. 1993), the judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
