ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Hinton v. State, 668 So.2d 51 (Ala. 1995), the appellant’s convictions are affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

All the Judges concur, except LONG, J., who recuses.
