*1052 AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Hodges v. State, 678 So.2d 1049 (Ala. 1996), we affirm the appellant’s convictions.

AFFIRMED.

All the Judges concur except COBB, J., who is not sitting.
