YATES, Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama and the case remanded. See Ex parte South Carolina Insurance Company, 683 So.2d 987 (Ala. 1996). In compliance with the Supreme *991Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the case is remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
