PER CURIAM.

This court’s prior judgment in this case has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte Barran, 730 So.2d 203 (Ala. 1998). In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion in Barran, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
