I conclude that the trial court committed reversible error by failing to join Franklin County as an indispensable party in this action to determine whether the road is a *498public road or a private road. Rule 19, Ala. R. Civ. P.; Boles v. Autery, 554 So.2d 959 (Ala. 1989).
