LONG, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Galanos, 796 So.2d 390 (Ala. 2000), this Court’s judgment entered on May 14,1998, is hereby set aside.

JUDGMENT OF MAY 14, 1998, SET ASIDE.
