LONG, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s opinion in State v. Zimlich, 796 So.2d 399 (Ala. 2000), this Court’s judgment entered on June 10, 1999, is hereby set aside.

JUDGMENT OF JUNE 10, 1999, SET ASIDE.
