On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

On authority of Ex parte A.T.M., 804 So.2d 171 (Ala. 2000), we remand'this cause to the trial court for that court to vacate the conviction for sexual abuse in the second degree against Kamatra R., and the conviction for attempted sexual abuse in the second degree against L.R.
