Opinion of the Court

BASCHAB, Judge.

On the authority of State v. L.N.A., 811 So.2d 637 (Ala.Crim.App. 2001), we reverse the juvenile court’s judgment and remand *635this case to the juvenile court for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
